Leonard brought together the best in the business to create his dream. Though he takes pride in all aspects of roofing, working and living in Williamson county has lead to a passion for quick, efficient, and transparent repairs to storm damaged homes.  Growing up in a home where his father was in the insurance business , Leonard spent time as a child going to construction sites and insurance claims with his father.  So it is no surprise that he dedicated himself to spending his career in roofing .  Leonard is married to Kristi Taylor and Leonard has 3 amazing step children that he loves being part of there lives and helping raise them beside his wife ,

Mike Heller ( Claims Manager ).  Mike has over 15 years experience in the construction industry.  He was originally in florida doing flooring , and all aspects of construction before joining the Brentwood roofing team.  Mike is happily married and has 5 children.  Mikes brings his expertise and knowledge to the table for each and every customer is top notch .  Mike is dedicated to only giving the best of the best to each customer and we are so proud that mike has chosen Brentwood roofing as part of his family. 

 Christopher Moore has been with the Brentwood roofing team since 2017,  Chris is dedicated to excellence and he strives to bring only the best quality and workmanship to each and every job.  Christopher has proven over and beyond his knowledge and dedication to not only Brentwood roofing , but to each of our customers ,   Chris is a dedicated father of 1 son that is 5 years old. Chris has his son full time and spends his free time with his son.   As a single father , Chris makes sure he is always up to date on all things new with roofing and safety , so he can be an amazing provider to his son and to his customers   

 Ryan Waldrop is one of our newest to the team at Brentwood roofing .  We are so happy to have Ryan on the team as Ryan has proven himself that he deserves the title of claims manager.  Mike has dedicated himself to making roofing his career and we love watching Ryan grow and learn so much as his career has taken off. Ryan is setting himself up for so much more advancement and we are so happy to be here with him on his journey .  Ryan has dedicated himself and time to strive for only the best for each and every customer here at Brentwood roofing. .  We are proud to have him on the team and look forward to watching him advance beyond his title of claims manager down the road.   

 Ron Braswell is a Nashville native and one of the founders of Brentwood Roofing .  Ron and Leonard sat down one spring day and knew they could change roofing for the better and in a better way.  So they started Brentwood roofing .  Ron at the age of 67 is still very active as the assistant manager and one of the founders of Brentwood roofing .  Ron is dedicated to his wife of 45 years , his 2 grown daughters and many grandchildren.
